My Role Is To Oversee A Team Of 12. I am In Charge Of Our Repair Function Which Means All Products That We Offer A Value Added Service Of Repair On The Item As Part Of The Purchase.
I have developed many skills, including time management, and especially different perspectives and understandings in areas that i may not have thought about before. This has been key to learn and understand different views and ways of doing things.
Very Much So. The Coach Was Really Good, Really Helpful And Engaging And I Left All Of Our Meetings With A Clear Understanding As To What Is Required On Each Module.
I Think The Programme Is Structured, Developed, Presented And Run Really Well. The Only Comment I Would Make Is Sometimes It Was More Store Related Than Contact Centre, And Maybe This Could Be An Area To Adapt A Little, But Overall. Excellent
I have received alot of support and also knew where and who i had to go to when needed. I was always engaged and knew the support i had, so excellent again
i thought this was excellent. My modules went really smoothly, but i needed help and support for my Maths Functional skills that i needed. It took many attempts, but i got there. I got additional help any support from tutors to achieve my goal.
I feel that it provides a great basis and understanding to learn, understand and move forwards and provide greater skills in my role to improve myself and provide greater help and support to my team,
There are options, gym membership, classes etc to encourage exercise. We have team catchups outside of work to encourage bonding etc.
