My role involves, many different areas of retail, including basic store assistant roles up to management responsibilities. With the basic store assistant roles I have to work the tills work through stock etc. with management I have to sort through deliveries and assign different roles to the rest of the staff members.
I have learnt many new skills such as motivating a team teaching others new skills,
I enjoy the work at Aldi it is high paced, the programme help me with theory based development
Aldi and the programme work hand in hand.
