Since being in this role i have been able to improve many skill, of which include research and analytical skills and verbal/written communication skills. I now have the ablity to Adept to multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment and have further developed my problem solving ability coupled with the ability to recommend and make decisions autonomously.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme provided by JPMorgan, both the qualification and job role have increased my knowledge not only within the firm but outside of the firm too. The opportunities provided are many and all of which are enjoyable.
I feel very valued by JPMorgan, within my job role I am not seen as just an apprentice, but as a valued member of the team, helping work towards out targets.
I feel the programme is very well organised, a timetable was provided at the start showing us the full structure of the programme. All leactures and exams have been spread evenly to give us time to learn effectivley.
There is a high amount of support from the training provider with regular lectures and also the ability to contact them at any time through email for extra help or resources when needed.
Once again a large amount of support is provided my the employer, with regular meetings to check on progress and any problems that there may be. Support is always there, with just an email or quick message, nothing takes long to be ressolved.
I believe the salary provided on this course is very good, with a good amount of money to meet my monthly costs and outgoings
There are many opportunies out of work to assist in both school career events and open evening, with further sporting opportunities such as representing the firm in large charity events for example the round the Island event to raise funds for the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust.
Yes
The opportunities provided and the skills I have developed and gained from this experience has improved me as a person, so i would definitely recommend anyone looking for an option other than uni.
Get experience, join clubs, go out and explore, give yourself lots to talk about in interviews, with experience behind you, you'll always be able to relate to something to give a strong answer to any questions given.
