    • I have learned a breath of new skills during my role, which has improved my confidence in my role.

    • I do enjoy my programme, however I do feel like the learning can be long especially when still working full time.

    • yes i receive good support from my employer, they encourage me to take time our of my working week to complete my apprenticeship.

    • yes, I receive good support. My lifetime coach is available throughout the day and responds quickly to my emails and messages.

    • the core skills that I am learning throughout my apprenticeship help me adapt and utilise them whilst completing my job.

    • They are a great employer, I could not wish for a better group of people to work with and alongside. they adopt a positive culture and make work fun.

    • be yourself! you are encouraged to be a part of the big machine, your opinion is always listened to.
