Managing the team, setting and achieving targets, upholding safety and food safety practices, improving the over all training of the crew and crew trainers

I enjoy learning more about the business and how I can impact on this

The online learning aspect is organised well

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get a shift a week most of the time to complete my learning but they haven’t been told how they can support me and what information I need from them. Whenever I ask for help they always try to do so to the best of their ability

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not a lot, I’ve done it pretty much in my own. The most I’ve had is a mock multiple choice test and a logbook to fill out for my professional discussion

I’ve learned more about the financial aspect of the business

We have a crew party a couple times a year

Yes

Yes if they were looking for a foundation to gain skills and then move into a career more suited for them

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?

Turn up for your shifts, if you need help ask, if you want trained elsewhere just ask. It is an immature environment a lot of the time which is great for making friends and enjoying working but you need to be able to complete tasks and be aware of targets
