  • The online learning aspect is organised well

  • I get a shift a week most of the time to complete my learning but they haven’t been told how they can support me and what information I need from them. Whenever I ask for help they always try to do so to the best of their ability

  • Not a lot, I’ve done it pretty much in my own. The most I’ve had is a mock multiple choice test and a logbook to fill out for my professional discussion

  • I’ve learned more about the financial aspect of the business

  • We have a crew party a couple times a year

  • Yes

  • Yes if they were looking for a foundation to gain skills and then move into a career more suited for them


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
  • Turn up for your shifts, if you need help ask, if you want trained elsewhere just ask. It is an immature environment a lot of the time which is great for making friends and enjoying working but you need to be able to complete tasks and be aware of targets
