Team member Review

I am a team member in KFC Prestwich, and my day to day role is providing a good and quality services to customers, taking food orders and helping customers with different offers and prices, listen to them on what they want and helping them enjoy their time in the restaurant.

For the past two years have being working with KFC Prestwich, and everyday in the store my team leaders and manager have help me in different new skills and each new skills takes me to a whole different level. from just making fries to burgers to packing orders and taking customers food orders.

My program has being on for a very long time and to a great extent I have enjoyed every bit of it. my learning in store and apprenticeship has being another new level of experience for me and i have no regret or whatsoever because it has being an amazing experience for me.

From the scale of 1 to 10 I will say my program has be 10 out of 10. because all help and hours I needed has being provided, and so far my couch and manager have giving me all support in store and help me with any difficult or challenging questions.

my employer is the best and she has put in all her best to make sure I get through this program successfully and if I have to rate her support care on this journey so far she is the best and I will giver 100 out of 100. she is the best.

From my training provider so far I have never lack any support in regards to my training.

In the journey of my qualification so far I have being able learn skills in my job and pave way to a whole new opportunity in the feature for me.
