I came into the AA apprenticeship as a complete novice with know knowledge of the HGV industry and the apprenticeship has been really in depth and taught me lots
Having made a career change the whole process and learning has been amazing
The organisation has been amazing and incredibly well structured
The AA and my line manager have offered a fantastic amount of support nothing was ever too much trouble
GTG have always been available to us for support in all areas of the apprenticeship and have consistently been helpful.
The training was very broad and helped us learn about the whole HGV industry and not just vehicle recovery
There are a number of out of hours activities and the Christmas party was very good

The AA are an amazing company to work for with its very rich heritage and amazing support structures for staff
If your doing and apprenticeship the make sure you take your time to learn all you can about the role as it will be worth every minute when you go it alone
