Running shifts, managing people, making sure the business runs on a day to day business, creating schedules for employees
I have developed existing skills by understanding more in depth about them whereas prior to doing the course I didn’t know what was the meaning behind certain roles
I rate it highly as it was not always boring and was enjoyable! I enjoy learning and the trainer was friendly
Because of Covid my training got delayed however it was understandable given the circumstances
My employer was always available to support me when needed
They were always ready to help and answer any questions I had! They also took the time out to send me relevant documents that could help me

We usually do yearly trips for the team and quarterly meals for the managers or crew trainers
