Managing a 30+ staff team in serving hot fresh food to customers
Yes, I have learned a lot more about how to be a manager and delegation
It was ok, but my restaurant did not give me enough time to work on apprenticeship tasks
It was structured ok, again not with a lot of time from the restaurant to work on the tasks
Not a lot. Some, but not as much as the actual apprenticeship required of me
A bit rocky at beginning but as soon as Sam took over, she was lovely and very helpful
I feel like it helped me a lot, I learned things I didn’t know existed in the industry so it helped me elevate my skills on what I already knew as well
Yes we do crew outings, from parties to sport activities
Yes
Good place to work in general, depending on every specific store but the one I worked at was quite busy so not a lot of time to do some tasks properly
Don’t be afraid to ask questions and questiondecisions of the managers
