    • It is well structured but not always able to be carried out effectively due to the lack of staffing to be able to catch up with the trainers

    • I receive a lot of support from my training provider when I need it

    • Make sure it’s something you want to do beforehand as a lot of time and effort goes into training you up to be the best you can be
