My role is to transport passengers from the starting destination to the end point and provide a great service for the duration
I enjoy it very much
It is well structured but not always able to be carried out effectively due to the lack of staffing to be able to catch up with the trainers
My employer is very supportive
I receive a lot of support from my training provider when I need it
I feel that being conscious of how I’m performing and being monitored is a good way to be able to do my job better
