My role includes sitting in with clients to give them company ,doing activities with them or whatever they wish to do,taking them out shopping or doing their shopping for them,I do alot of the ladies nails for them,I do people's cleaning and sometimes make food for my clients,I make drinks for my clients, I keep a close eye on their health and makesure if I notice anything that is not normal then I report it to work ,in my notes and to the relevant place,gp family member,111 service etc ,I enjoy my job ,it makes me feel good helping others be able to be independent and stay in their homes x
Yes I have learnt alot of new skills during my training and in the work place and more regarding health itself .I have also learnt alot more on my apprenticeship that I couldn't do or know before .
I love learning ,it's great learning new things
They are very well structured as what I see so far ,ive not been with realise long enough yet
I get support not always as much as I need but my manager vicky is very supportive
I don't really know yet as I have not met her in person only once on line so far
This is very important as it makes sure that mistakes are not made and it makes me perform even better at work
