  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am currently working as a level 2 nursery practitioner and I have been working in this setting for almost 8 years I really enjoy my job and I wanted to aim higher, I was introduced by a company called realise and I signed up for my level 3 in childcare to enhance my career further. Realise have supported me guided me and helped me with my maths and English. I am currently studying my level 3.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to handle children with behaviour issues, SEN children’s and most of all I have learnt how to deal with situations with parents and staff. I have gained a lot of confidence, in the work setting and I will keep expending on my skills each day.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my program, it very helpful and I always have a team that I can always ask for help and advice, it’s a very clear program with a lot of opportunities and skills to learn each day. Always have free courses to enjoy in spare time.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The organisation is very well structured and always come in hand, via wassap realise promise site or email always updating us with information and helping and guiding us with course and sending us PowerPoints to help with this program. It’s very clear and easy to upload things and find anything

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I get good support from my team and my managers when not in ratio I can come out and do my work and also advice and help me with things I am stuck at and guide me to the right direction helping with policies eyfs and any new updates through government website

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I get excellent support from my training company they are always there to help via email and on their realise website. Always come in handy and if tutor not Available then someone is always there to help and advice to the right direction never have had a problem till yet

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me perform better as it’s refreshes my mind and always have new policies to refresh and read this has helped me a lot as I am always gaining more knowledge and skills while gain qualifications I am very happy with the outcome and always research new things to do

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We always have something going on every month from charity evernts to end of year party for the children team bonding courses this helps us no each other more and gain more knowledge and gain parental partner ship with parents this helps us with parties such as sports day and other events

  • Yes

  • They are very helpful and always there to help they guide you to the right direction and always available when needed they help you with personal issues and in professional issues always guiding you making things a lot easy especially on the program and uploading assessments online and guiding you


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Early inspiration nursery?
  • This is a very good company I myself was hesitant about this but ones I was open and got the help I needed I was very confident and will always recommend them to anyone you needs to gain my qualifications they advice and guide you to the right direction and always there to help
