I have learnt a developed a variety of transferable skills including communicative, problem solving and organisational skills.
I really enjoy the programme as it is a great opportunity to continuously learn and develop new skills.
It is well structured and organised but I also like that the more relaxed self paced element to it as everyone learns and different speeds so this felixble nature support this.
My employer is very supportive providing me with guidance, adequate time to devote to the programme, as well as actively seeking additional relevant resources and experiences to help me.
The training provider is very supportive providing me with all the necessary resources and guidance I could need.
The main way I feel the programme is helping me is by encouraging me to continuously reflect on my learning experiences and to actively seek out more training and opportunities.
I have heard of a few but think perhaps there are more than I am aware of.
