    • I take care of children up to the ages of 5 and I offer them opportunities for development and are responsible for these children daily

    • Yes I have developed lots of good skills my favorite being I now have the skills to help children develop and problem solve

    • I enjoy learning whilst also working with the children day to day.

    • I would say quite well apart from the many technical problems which are out of their hands.

    • A lot, there are many support systems in place to help me through my course

    • A fair amount I do feel more frequent meeting would be beneficial

    • It gives me the resources and opportunities to thrive in my job role and to excel

    • No there isn’t.

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • Because it is very straight forward and they do have good levels of communication and many help resources available .

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Realise?

    • To always save learning journals as you write them as one file is temperamental
