On my programs I have one to one sessions with my trainer who I get along with and she goes through everything with me which helps in my programme, I learn new things every week which I wouldn’t of if I didn’t do the apprenticeship which I love
My programe is very well organised I have online teams calls every week built into my scedule and I get time offline to finish my work which is good and is well structured I can log on and iknow what I need todo for the week to complete my tasks
I do get a lot of support from my employer I regularly get time offline to get the support I need to get my apprenticeship training and tasks done when I need to as I get 20% off per week todo this at the moment they are really supportive to me

I would recommend realise to anybody who wants to start a level 2/3 apprenticeship with them and even in any degree I’m currently doing customer service as that is my day to day role and I’m really enjoying it and I’m learning something new every weeek
I would give anyone good advise as to stay doing the apprenticeship it’s a lot of work but it can be done and it will really help you in the long run I started it in ocotber and already learnt so much I would recommend doing the apprenticeship to
