On a day to day I am working with accounts & potential customers to sell Salesforce solutions. I demonstrate to customers how these pieces of technology help them to achieve their goals.
I've learnt many soft skills including like improving my networking skills, working in a team based environment. Similarly, I have learnt many of the Salesforce systems and have been 3x qualified of using Salesforce.
I really enjoy my program since it allows me to gain key industry knowledge and getting hands on whilst also achieving a degree. I feel there is a good work - study balance to achieve this.
I believe the work side of the program is structured very well from the onboarding to the moving into our host teams works very well.
From my employer I have lots of support. We have many meetings and catch ups to understand where we are mentally and to know if we are struggling. If I have a problem I know there is always someone I can talk to about it.
My training provider helps me somewhat with qualifications.
The qualification is quite generic and doesn't necessarily help my role too much.
Yep there are many different extra-curricular activities like football and many social activities. We have many different groups within Salesforce which do extra-curricular things often.
Yes
It's a great place to work at if you want to have a safe and welcoming place to work. There are so many different areas to work in and to find what you like to work at.
Be yourself and working as a team, try to communicate with as many different people as possible and be a nice person!
