  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my apprenticeship as it allows me to work as I learn and I have immediate support whenever I need it. I find extra support by attending the webinars which I really enjoy as they go in depth and also gives me an opportunity to ask any questions or ask for any further information.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider is fantastic, she is always available via email or what’s app and she is always prompt when replying. • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • In my nursery setting there are different events throughout the year for all member’s of staff to participate in. The next event we have coming up is a summer event, this gives all the staff an opportunity to have an input in the type of day we will be having this takes place on a weekend when the nursery is closed.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Holyrood Castleton to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Realise training and holyrood Castleton have been amazing on helping me reach my goals. They worked with me to help me improve on my knowledge and skills when completing my level 2 qualification and are continuing to support me throughout my course to achieve my level 3 and I want to continue to work with them to progress even further.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Holyrood Castleton?
  • I would definitely recommend others to join this company if they are looking to do an apprenticeship in early years as the support and training have been great. This has been a friendly, happy experience for me especially as I am an older learner I thought I would struggle but this has definitely not been the case.
