  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Since starting my level 5, it has made me become a better practitioner and room leader, I can already see the improvement that I have made. The course opened my eyes to my strengths and weakness, as has given me the resources and strategies to develop my learning. I am throughly enjoying learning again this year, and currently all the learning as been interesting and well thought out.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My course is split into 6 weekly sessions where we attend a all day training webinar. We are then given tasks to complete throughout the 6 week period and then simmitted through an online platform. We were given the structer of the programme with dates and times before we started the course , which was great so we could flag any times that we weren't available. Realise will then re arrange a time for you to complete your online learning so you don't miss out!

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has helped me to assess and reflect on my own practise and has given me the tools to observe, analyse, and change things within my room. It has given me the confidence to be able to fulfill my job role and given me a better understanding on leadership and management which is something I have not done before.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Christmas and summer parts where staff can socialise. I am currently trying to organise a work book club as there are lots of staff members who enjoy reading, and this is something that would help boost our social aspect of The Villa. We also attend a summer fair, where we can meet new parents as well as network with our current parents.
