Working in primary school providing support to the teacher everyday to ensure all lessons are delivered in the best way. Supporting students who need extra help and those who have some extra needs alongside providing daily feedback and identifying children who need extra help to overcome barriers in their learning.
Learning new strategies for children with SEND needs. Working with external professionals. Building on my skills as a team player and adapting to sudden changes by being flexible in my role and taking on new ideas.
