    • Working in primary school providing support to the teacher everyday to ensure all lessons are delivered in the best way. Supporting students who need extra help and those who have some extra needs alongside providing daily feedback and identifying children who need extra help to overcome barriers in their learning.

    • Learning new strategies for children with SEND needs. Working with external professionals. Building on my skills as a team player and adapting to sudden changes by being flexible in my role and taking on new ideas.

    • A lot of great support from my personal tutor

    • The qualification that I will receive gives me that confidence that I may not had to believe that I am capable of achieving the best in my work and gives me the passion and drive that I am good at my job.

    • Yoga classes, morning coffee gatherings, staff meals.

    • I really enjoyed the whole experience and their is support available always.

    • It’s not complicated and it is a journey where you can develop yourself further with the help and support provided.
