Giving personal care to residents in the home. Assisting with things like feeding, bathing, toileting. Keeping residents safe from harm.
During the 2 years that I have been with Four Seasons Health care I have learned new skills and upgraded my skills from previous years of caring.
I first started my programme with Qube training until it ceased to trade earlier this year. I have found the course enlightening and fun along the way.
It's been well structured all the way through.
Have had words of encouragement from my employer.
My New tutor with Realise has had one online session with myself. She has provided me with an exercise to work on before our next online meeting. I know she is a phone call away should I have difficulties.
My training has helped me very well to perform better in my role.
My employer has an online training platform which we have to keep up to date with as and when modules become available.
Yes
I would recommend Four Seasons Health care to a friend because they are a company that looks after it's employees.
