Speaking to customers, dealing with complaints, complex problem solving whilst managing my own KPIs. Liaising with suppliers & escalating cases were necessary.

I don’t believe the program is very well structured. We have a mix of Realise & Aspire and the time allocated to each is very confusing and not well explained within the business.
A fair amount. The support could be better but I understand that due to business demands they cannot let me dedicate full days at a time to completing my apprenticeship.
