My role involves handling provision and repair Brosdband one orders for customer providers. I take emails and calls for company providers to deliver a working broadband connection.
I have learnt how to handle hard situations with customers. I have also learnt how to handle different systems on PCs
I love my job. I wake up and don’t dread going to work. I find it fun and interesting and enjoy the experiences it provides.
BT is structured excellently, it provides any support I need.
BT is extremely helpful. I am a cheerleader so require some time off to attend national competitions. BT provide a policy that allows me to attend these events without eating into my annual leave.
My Apprenticeship trainer. Lisa supports me all the way through my work. With any bits of the course I am confused on she will hop on a call to ensure the work is understood.
I attend monthly calls with my training provider to ensure that every phase throughout my apprenticeship is explained in detail. This helps me log my work to the best of my ability.
Many individuals in my office take part in marathons. I also have the job of organising work events for holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and coronation.
Yes
I think BT is the best company to work for.
Don’t think because it is such a large company that you don’t have a chance. BT will support you every step of the way.
