I get different tasks regularly, so I do not have a day to day. However, the tasks I am given are usually Excel validation work, debugging and testing, SQL related tasks or coding.
All my skills I have learnt are new. Eg. SQL, Excel VBA, PowerBi etc. The only skills that were developed was my SQL skill and my Excel knowledge.
I really enjoy my programme as I like the feeling of accomplishment having finished a difficult piece of work. Additionally, learning new skills and applying it practically gives me a sense of development.
It is very well structured as the webinars feel chronologically thought out on our development. Eg. we have an Excel module before the PowerBI module as data cleansing occurs before presenting.
I receive lots of support from my colleagues. If I need help or need to disclose personal matters, it is very easy to do so.
I receive lots of support from my coach as he responds back to my queries in a timely manner.
Very well as there is new knowledge to be learnt through the webinars they provide, which translates to my work.
There are many different activities and clubs, ranging from sports to religion.

They have allowed me to comfortably adapt in my new role without applying to much pressure. As a result, I have learnt so much both independently and through my peers, without feeling a looming sense tension.
Educate yourself in what your role would entail as this will make it easier for you to adapt. It will also make the workload more enjoyable as you won't feel defeated when given unfamiliar tasks.
