My main responsibilities include supporting the ESG&R team with the delivery of wider company ESG priorities and helping to enhance our existing processes to have consideration of ESG
I have particularly worked on my stakeholder management and presentation skills due to the involvement of different projects requiring the engagement with stakeholders across the firm.
I have thorough enjoyed my experience with the programme. Being able to interact with different stakeholders across the business and also interact with my other peers has helped me to create and maintain meaningful relationships and learn a lot.
My placement and responsibilities has been well set out. Though support from the training provider could be better improved and consistent.
I feel sufficiently well supported by my employer. There are a range of groups, resources and individuals I can reach out to or use. In particular. I have also received a senior mentor from within the businessto help guide my career development
Some support is given through the online learning platform but most resources are shared online. In terms of IT support, this could be improved.
My qualification mostly helps me to perform better in my role in terms of the research and analyst side.
I am currently involved in one of the employee networks called the Embrace. It has been an amazing opportunities to help promote diversity and equity across the firms and increase awareness on culture.
