supporting staff on any sort of technical issues that they may face, as well as fixing/rebuilding any laptops that don't work.
I have increased my technical and IT skills as I have learnt things that I didn't know before, I have also increased my team working and communication skills a lot.
I have enjoyed my program a lot as everybody was friendly and had taught me what to do and how to do it properly.
The program has a clear system on how to do things and in what order everything should be done in.
I had a lot of help as if there was something that I didn't know how to properly do, I would shadow them and therefore they would be indirectly teaching me how to do it without directly telling me, therefore I would always know how to do it.
I had a lot of help as they would be teaching me and also testing me on the things that I would need to know
It had taught me to think outside the box more which had helped me with problem solving.

Because they help you in more than just the job, they would give you advice and they would also help in how to do everything and they are also friendly in general.
Have more confidence and have good customer service skills and understand how to fix IT/technical issues.
