Audit work, creating analysis and investigating and fraud + misconduct alongside rolling out compliance for Fraud
Always learning, developing how to deal with different types of people including helpful and difficult clients + team members
i enjoy the work experience however dislike the lack of concern with giving apprentices more time to focus on exams.
Organisation needs to be further developed - obtaining enrolment + materials for exams + exam dates tend to be very last minute. Difficult to understand who to reach out to for what etc.
My employer has been extremely supportive to my personal circumstances. However I have experiences where some colleagues feel that my studies are not a priority and have highlighted that they are an inconvenience. My employer could be more supportive through allowing more study days rather than using annual leave
Support could be further developed - opportunity for 1:1 mentoring should be made available. Strong focus oin assumed knowledge and not interested in going into details to clarify the assumed knowledge aspects
Qualification is important for my work and my role in the firm. it is crucial
