My job role at Aldi is to work on the tills, work on delivery's, do date checks and all the tasks that a normal store assistance will do. As i am in my seconded year of the apprenticeship i have now took on the tasks of a deputy manger. This means i have more responsibilities. Such as running the shop, doing orders, holding the safe and Working with the management team.
I have gained many skills from working at Aldi such as team work and the ability to manage people.
Very well
I feel very valued by Aldi as i get monthly reports from my manager and feedback each month from my collage. I feel valued by the company as you can see they have put the time and money into the apprenticeship Program
My program was well organised
I get lots of support from my training provider as i have her email and if i have any problems i know i just need to get in contact with her
I get lots of support from my employer and my manger has a great attitude towards supporting me. She will do her best with helping me with any problems i may have
The Aldi apprenticeship pays more than most apprenticeships do. However It is still hard to pay for my living and social costs
Aldi have fish nights, this is a day out Aldi pay for. Aldi are also having a family fun day at head office. If you get to the 2nd stage of the apprenticeship they run courses such as first aid for management
Yes
