    • Lots of support, and sufficient time off to take my exams and have my study days.

    • Lots of support, lots of time to take off for my exams.

    • Much better, as I have done my exams I feel like they directly link to what I do in my job role.

    • Exams are hard, especially alongside a full time job but very worth it when you get to the finish line.
