As we change different departments, it depends what department I am currently in. Every department allows me to work as they would once experienced enough to handle the jobs on my own. Allowing me my independence in the job role.
I have learnt how to find knowledge using my different resources
I really enjoy work and college
Very structured I know where I am going to be each time I switch and they give me a brief overview of what I am going to be doing in the placements
I get support from everyone in the business. Everyone has the time for you and they are all really nice
They give us ample time to be able to work on getting qualifications and will support if needed
I feel as though my qualification is going well but a lot of the stuff we learn doesn't carry over
I play football and squash with some of the people from work

It has a great culture with great people and they're very supportive and give lots of opportunities
