I am required to communicate with both clients and colleagues on a daily basis. My work is also heavily admin based and requires me to be organised.
I have gained confidence through speaking to a variety of people. I have also gained commercial awareness and understand how the industry I work in operates.
I enjoy the balance of work and study.
Very well. I feel as though studying for one day and working for four days balances my week well.
My employer offers support and I feel comfortable asking for support.
I have meetings with my training provider both on the topics I am learning about and on my personal progress.
I feel as though my qualification offers me a good understanding of the sector I work in which I can then build on in my role.
Social activities and volunteering, e.g. food banks.
Yes
They offer a healthy environment to work in, offer support and offer ways to help you develop.
