Has been a great two years, learning more in depth about my role from the theory side and practical.
skills learnt I have learnt the rules of the roads and how to drive a bus in all conditions.
It's been a great year and has flown by only feels like yesterday I started.
As organised as can be for a company that's always on the move and don't have a consistent working pattern
My employer has been massive support.
They have always been on hand to answer all my questions and have been very supportive.
It makes me feel more confident in my role and in myself so helps me on a big scale.
I do alot of Kayaking and also study as a freemason.

Don't rush, take your time to take in everything your being told don't listen to all the negative comments it's not bad your your own boss and you have a corner office with a view.
