I welcome children into the nursery and communicate with parents about what we have done throughout the day at collections. safeguard the children, care for them during meal times and provide enriching activities which support the children in their development and further their learning and development. I also communicate with other members of staff and have my input
I feel i have gained a lot more knowledge but also gained self confidence and belief. I don't feel like i have to get confirmation on what i am doing and can have trust in my own work. I also feel like ive gained knowledge around early lit/maths.
I enjoy that i can do it when i have time and there no massive pressure to get things done at certain times, obviously there are deadlines but there are far enough in advance that you can gather information together overtime to all go toward it instead of cramming it in.
I feel it it well organised and have learnt where everything is. At the beginning it can be a little overwhelming as there are so many sections but when you explore it and understand where everything is, it is then easier to navigate and i feel its structed well and if there were any concerns about how to find something the tutors always reply and help
I am able to get out of the rooms whenever it is possible and my employer supports me in my learning as they are arranging times for me to get things done and providing me with necessary documents i need to support my work, when i have asked. Also they are checking the work for me to help support me,
I feel like i am able to message my tutor with any concerns i have and i have done throughout the apprenticeship so far. They always reply quickly and provide the support i require. During discussions i receive a lot of positive feedback and support about up and coming peices of work
I feel it helps me to perform as i am gaining confidence and everything runs more smoothly and works better when you show confidence. I feel also having the knowledge supports people to ask your opinion on things and makes you feel more valued. Each time i gain more knowledge i put this into my practice and feel i am becoming a better practitioner

They make you feel valued and welcomed. If you needed support they will always offer this and help you where they can, they provide you with training course to help further your development and continue promoting your continuous professional development. As well as this it is fun to learn new things and refresh your knowledge.
It isn't easy but it is worth it once you gain different knowledge around areas and build on yourselves. You feel a great sense of achievement each time you finish a piece of work or get it signed off by your tutors, everyone is so welcoming and from the beginning i never felt like i was stupid for not understanding something.
