My role is Cost & Commercial MEP Assistant, My roles include measuring, estimating and value engineering.
Absolutely i have learned lots of new skills that allow me to do my job
I enjoy the program immensely the ability to continue my study while earning and gaining hands on experience with my job role is a great opportunity
It is very clearly structured and the progression is clearly laid out
Plenty of help is made available to me allowing me to learn how to more effectively do my job
There has been some help given by my training provider however i haven't found any of it that useful
I find that most of the help i get to develop my ability to perform my role comes from internally
There have been numerous opportunities for professional networking in a variety of environments
Yes
I have found out that not only is an apprenticeship is a great way to progress your professional career so i would whole heart-idly recommend it
