My role involves me doing reporting for the business and wider network, bits of social media and taking on new tasks everyday. I so a lot of technical support for our network and sorting out system issues. I have started taking responsibility of setting up meetings for new projects and potential business expansion opportunities
I have learnt how to write more professional emails for different situations ( concerns, praise etc). I have gained a lot more confidence when answering the phone and I now know how to approach difficult situations when confronted with them verbally. I have improved my knowledge of the Microsoft applications and am starting to use them to their full potential
I have really enjoyed my apprenticeship as it has given me a chance to do something that I wanted to do when i left school in 2020 but was unable to due to course availability. I have enjoyed learning and working as it has given me insight properly as to how an office functions.
At the start it wasn't great if I'm honest and have felt the brunt of it as I'm coming towards the end but from around April 2022 when I gained a new tutor it has been amazing. The work is always set out clearly and I know step by step as to what I have to do
I have set allocated time for my apprenticeship[p work and have a team of people around me that are willing to answer any questions i have. I have a weekly schedule so that if things need to be changed i am able to do so and this ensures that i have all of my work done on time
My tutor is always on hand whenever I have any questions or problems with what has been set. I have weekly meetings to ensure that i am on track and feeling okay and i know that if i need any support that my tutor is just an email or text away.
The work i have done supports my knowledge while training out different tasks. It has helped me to manage my time better and because of the IncludeED activities i feel as though i am a more rounded person and can tackle some difficult topics that may arise in my job
We like to do a meal every so often to get all of the teams to come together. We do a lot of in office team building and sometimes have the outside network come down for additional training and to meet the head office team as it expands and grows
Yes
They provide a relaxed office environment with flexible working time and a very supportive management team. They provide growth internally with things like promotions and commission structures for our recruiters and bonuses for our compliance team. They are very focused on making sure that teams take regular breaks and are okay in their well being
Be open and friendly. The Wolf Healthcare team are like a family and are always there to support you with whatever you may be facing. Don't be afraid to ask questions and have fun as a happy team makes a happy workplace and this will help you to grow
