Very welL. There is a central hub with all the info I need. Monthly courses run. A portfolio that helps guide me on what I need to learn.
I have a great team that supports me onsite. I also have several delevlopment people I can call upon at any time..
As above. Mace also provide days off for study leave
It's great to learn technical knowledge
Mace has a website that advertises all events. Which include sports, volunteering etc. There are also teams groups you can take part in like 'parents at mace' and 'women in construction'
