Managing Reward projects linking in with the overall People and business strategies.

Yes, Project Management first and foremost. Managing time and priorities. Communications nd stakeholder management.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is challenging but very rewarding, it encourages me to think in a different way and has given me resources and skills to support my job.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Incredibly well structured. Every session is planned in advance with materials and resources readily available.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

There have been times when business need has prevented me from spending as much time as I would like on my programme, however my Line Manager and team are very supportive.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Capella have been incredibly supportive. With regular coaching sessions and ad hoc support when needed.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The resources and skills provided during my apprenticeship have been invaluable to my role as a Project Manager.

Some business resource groups and fundraising teams are available.
