The programme is challenging but very rewarding, it encourages me to think in a different way and has given me resources and skills to support my job.
Incredibly well structured. Every session is planned in advance with materials and resources readily available.
There have been times when business need has prevented me from spending as much time as I would like on my programme, however my Line Manager and team are very supportive.
Capella have been incredibly supportive. With regular coaching sessions and ad hoc support when needed.
The resources and skills provided during my apprenticeship have been invaluable to my role as a Project Manager.
