Involves drafting emails, letters and court documents to family, care providers and the court/other professionals Includes creating court bundles and applying for legal funding / further funding on cases Involves drafting costs review to make sure we have enough funding for cases
Legal drafting, use of more professional language and structure how to put together a court bunde how to diarise instructions what each different DoLS/court forms mean how to act with clients on visits
