1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in the Business Support Unit, I take care of the maintenance for vehicles, take in deliveries, monitor emails, look after staffs lockers, allocating new locker to starters, allocating bigger lockers to staff, I do uniform fits for new starters and place uniform in lockers for them and visit ports when relevant.

Yes I have learnt the system to book corporate travel.

Yes, I enjoy learning new stuff and the different courses to help me in my career.

The programme is very organised and provide clear guidance.

I receive a lot of support and help from my employer and get provided enough time to do the work required to complete my apprenticeship.

I get lots of support and guidance from my training provider. Emails are promptly answered with any questions I need answering.

Yes it makes me perform better as the training provider gives a clear guidance of what needs to be completed.

Yes occasionally there is competitions to get involved, such as pool matching.
