I manage and lead a team of 7 engineers that ensure the new sewerage systems received from our customers are compliant with Water Regulations
I have learned how to be assertive and a better leader
I really enjoyed learning new things and put them in practice
It was really well organised, the Tutor provided us with the dates ahead of time and considered our AL and days we were unavailable to ensure 100% attendance
My line manager was really good and supportive throughout the whole programme, helped with workload and ensured I have availability to give my best to the programme
he was always approachable and happy to help with any questions and queries. He was encouraging and at the same time direct and open if something wasn't quite right there
I feel like it prepared me for my future in the company and my boosted confidence in my skills as a leader
