Yes every new module i complete, i learn a large number of skills, Management of self, Self awareness, Communication.....
The programme is very interesting. I enjoy learning the new skills.
The programme is well organised
My employer has given me the support but i still struggle with the free time to complete the work. It would be better if i had to attend the course face to face

The pay is fair and its not a bad place to work
Make sure you have the skills they require and be honest. Ask plenty of questions about the company and make sure its right for you
