My job included working in the Wholesale channel, and developing our business with some of the smaller customers, who had been in decline year on year.
I have developed my confidence, sales skills and excel competency
Thoroughly
I was the first commercial apprentice, the only watch out was some of my rotations felt a bit rushed
The whole commercial team have been highly supportive
Always picking up the phone, however sometimes being unsure during the assessment process.
Whilst some processes were verbally outlined / written about, I learnt much quicker practically doing it at PF, as opposed to with JGA
Linkedin learning
Yes
The whole team is very supportive and want you to succeed. I have also learnt lots outside of sales, and have had the opportunity to try out other functions in the business.
Be honest
