As a senior NPD (New Product Development) technologist I oversee the development and implementation of new cake products. My day-to-day tasks include conducting research, creating product specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, testing prototypes, analysing market trends, ensuring compliance, and managing project timelines to deliver successful product launches.
Have learnt how better to deal with conflict.
There are areas for improvement. But overall I have enjoyed the programme.
There are areas for improvement. But overall the organisation has been good.
Sometimes it is difficult to be given the time to complete assignments etc. But my manager has given me support in seeking out opportunities for me to apply the course etc.
They are always available to contact when needed.
Dealing with conflict is sadly something which all managers will have to face at some point. Gained experience in this which is valuable and will help me in the future.
Sometimes. We are welcome to organise our own outside of work get togethers. There are things like the annual conference which allows for professional networking.
