In my role as a Service Manager i am in charge of a workshop with 5 technicians and also a service advisor and warranty controller. Maintain a high level of working standards and achieve monthly KPI's. Deal with customer complaints/queries.
How to time manage and delegate job to relevant staff members
I did find at some points throughout the year the programme very stressful with personal and in work reasons

Alot of support receive by Chris my trainer which has been very helpful to work towards my qualification
