As a business admin apprentice, my role includes many tasks such as booking desks, meeting rooms, travel accommodation etc. I also look at diaries and schedule meetings and take meeting minutes
I have learnt many new skills such as taking meeting minutes and have further developed my IT skills by using Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme
I would say my programme is very well organised and structured, it took a while to get used to it a first but I have eventually got into the flow of it
I receive plenty of support from my employer as well as others, for example, other people in my team, other apprentices etc.
I receive plenty of support from my training provider, whenever I am struggling and confused, she is able to help me and clear everything up so I am able to understand things better
I think my qualification helps me understand my role and organisation better. It explains what business admin is and all the new skills needed to business administrator

Yes
It is a great organisation to be apart of because of its morals and values, the work that is carried out and everyone is so friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much to ask
Research the organisation, be confident in yourself and your knowledge and prove that it is the organisation you want to be apart of
