Managing the Parts Operations for the West Midlands. Ensuring the operations of the Parts departments across 5 depots run smoothly.
On this course, i have learnt better ways to manage myself and also my team.
The programme has helped me develop valuable skills in management, which has helped me progress from Team leader to Head of Parts.
The programme was well structured and brilliantly organised by my lecturer.
My line manager was very supportive during the training, giving me opportunities to learn new skills, which supported my development.

My training helps be perform better, as it has given me the knowledge and tools to be a better manager and lead my team to success.
We do alot of events to raise money for chairty, most recently climbing Snowdon.
