On a daily basis I serve customers, make food, assemble orders solve customers complaints and make sure food safety procedures are followed. I often do safe counts, make sure all crew members on my shift take their breaks. I make sure I talk to crew and let them know their targets on their stations.

I have learnt a variety of new skills such as how to control labour, stock taking, completing daily food safety checklists and even how to assemble our different food products, and all orders. I learned everything I do on a day-to-day basis. the job was new to me and my first paid job.
