  • Yes. Learned a lot in the course around the legal and ethical side of providing HR services.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoyed working with my tutor . She pushed me on my assignments, always highlighting room for improvement, ultimately resulting in me achieving a distinction.

  • Very, webinars were well planned and delivered. I always knew what I needed to do, and when I didn't I knew who I needed to contact. For one course I couldn't attend they recorded the session for me!

  • 100% support.

  • An excellent level of support, particularly towards the end of the apprenticeship

  • Much better. I now have the qualification to back my experience and support I provide my customers.

  • Yes, all of the above. I'm also a leader of one of the employee resource groups.
