My role is to design and facilitate all our group Leadership Development interventions, ranging from Leadership programmes, Team activates, Mentoring, and Coaching, using a range of tools and resources to bring to life experiential learning experiences to achieve a positive impact both to both the individual and business.
My mind has now been opened and stretched with so many new insights into the world of Coaching, way beyond what I had experienced before. From understanding different models and theories, to learning how to build them into my coaching practice.
The pace and learning methods were spot on to my learning style, and with additional 121 support, I was made to feel safe and comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn new skills.
The programme was well structured, and time was always given for everyone to participate in the sessions. 121's were planned well in advance, so you knew where you needed to be and by when, so as you were ready for EPA.
My organisation and Line Manager were super supportive, as they 100% understood how the programme was going to support me individually, and the design of our very first Coaching Culture Strategy, to help grow our people and business further.
This was amazing, from the start in the enrolment process to eliminate any concerns I had, throughout the programme as we explored learnings, and I had to complete my L2 Math's functional skills, but this was all well planned and supported. To even the end with my EPA.
I've walked away with a greater level of learning about Coaching on an holistic view, but also gained so much confidence in my own Coaching practice, as the tutor was great at encouraging me to explore the even better if moments which I now use daily in my organisation.
