My day involves answering phone calls, sending emails, booking in meetings, drafting letters.
I have learnt many new skills such as how to run a project, dredging letter and also developed person skills such as confidence.
I really enjoyed my programme and looked forward to meeting with my tutor every 4 weeks.
My programme was extremely organised.
I received lots of support and encouragement from my employer throughout my course.
I received support throughout my year training. There was never a time when I didn’t feel like I couldn’t reach out and ask for help if I needed it.
I have learnt so many new skills that have helped me develop my role and take on new tasks within my role.
