My role involves supervising my subordinates and planning the work for the day, managing human resource and helping the general manager. on a day-to-day basis I am in charge of performance appraisal and measuring the work done. I also work with the overall Management team in collaboration with other departments such as sales and marketing.
I have been able to learn team work and Even be the team leader skills which I gained here at McDonald's. I have learnt to communicate and delegate tasks to the people we work with. The most important ones are being able to multitask, work under pressure and keep time.
The wide nature of this programme has enabled me to meet different people. I am able to interact with people of different caliber and learn from them. To be able to participate and contribute towards the success of McDonald's has been my biggest achievement so far. I am proud to be a member of this community.
McDonald's has provided adequate training resources that help me to develop my managerial skills. The areas it touches run through customer service, financial control ,human relations and networking. With this framework I am able to adequately deliver and put in place my personal ideas aimed at ensuring maximum profitablity.
The employer has adequately been involved in ensuring that we deliver. The employer organizes training programmes that indeed have proven vital for growth. The required resources such as funds and a conducive working condition for the employees has paid on and on. The employer also encourages us to take other relevant courses.
A great deal of support from the provider when working towards achieving the required qualifications is a norm. The company encourages us to venture deep into learning the skills and putting them into proper practice. The availability of the training provider is a important because they provide courses in management skills.
I have been exposed to a vigorous training exercise that has equipped me with adequately skills to be able to perform in my role. With strong foundation in sale ,team work and management I believe that I have the knowledge to ensure that we make profits. I have also with me problem solving skills which is a plus
We offer recognition programs. Networking events with the relevant stakeholders. We attend managerial conferences where we get exposed to the qualified people who give talks on Management roles. We also organize seminars and exchange program where we come together and learn from each other. We participate in community activities like environment cleaning and feeding programs.

I would recommend McDonalds to people because here when you get a chance to be a part of this community,you are sure that you will grow your professionalism and with the programs and conferences you will invent yourself and contribute towards giving the best services that are in compliance with human rights and environmental principles.
To someone who is apply at McDonald's I would say that you need to highlight your strengths and be ready to improve your weakness. It's is also prudent to emphasize your passion and show your adaptability and longevity. Be able to work under pressure and give the required results.
